Mobile Bill Pay Update
With the end of the month just a few days away we know you, like many of our mobile bill pay customers, may have bills that are due. Currently, our Mobile Bill Pay service is unavailable to customers through our mobile app. While we had hoped to have this issue resolved by now, we are still working with our vendor to restore service.
This is unacceptable to us and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.
Until Mobile Bill Pay is available, customers have a few options for paying their bills online:
- Login to Online Banking using your desktop computer. The desktop version of Online Banking Bill Pay remains available.
- Using Safari or other web browser, not the mobile FNB app, login to Online Banking and request the “desktop version” of the website to be presented. Doing this will allow you to access the desktop version of the Online Banking and Bill Pay through your mobile device. Below are step-by-step instructions on how to do this based on your device:
Accessing the desktop version from your mobile device, while not optimal for website viewing, will give you access to Bill Pay and allow you to securely pay your bills online. This is intended to be a temporary solution until Mobile Bill Pay service is restored.
