Lost or Stolen Debit Cards
To report a lost or stolen debit card, please call 888-297-3416. This will permanently hot card your debit card. Customers will need to follow up with the Bank on the next business day to get a new debit card ordered, or stop by one of our locations to have a card printed.
FNB Online Banking Debit Card Control
If you are enrolled in Online Banking, you have the ability to manage your debit card status. To disable your debit card, slide the status switch to “disable”. A pop-up box will open asking you how you want to disable your card. You can select to either “Report lost or stolen” or “Temporarily disable”.
If you select to report your card as lost or stolen, you will then need to select if your card was lost or if it was stolen and if you want to order a replacement card.
If you select to temporarily disable your card, and you later find your missing card, you can re-enable the card by swiping the status switch back to “enable”.
You can also login to Online Banking for general account inquiries at any time. If you’re not enrolled in Online Banking yet, click on the “Personal Enroll” link to enroll.
JHA Debit Card Fraud Center
If fraudulent debit card activity is suspected, you may be contacted by the Fraud Center. You may receive a text from 96923, an email from FRAUDCTR0542@FNBBASTROP.COM, or a call from 1-800-237-8990. The Fraud Center will verify your identity using your phone number, last 4 digits of your debit card number, and/or your zip code. You will never be asked for your full card number or other personally identifiable information such as your Social Security Number. Follow the instructions you receive in the text, email, or call when responding to the alert. If you are concerned that a call you receive from the Fraud Center is not legitimate, you can contact the Bank during normal business hours to confirm. Again, you will never be asked for your full card number or other personally identifiable information such as your Social Security Number. However, if the call is legitimate, the Bank cannot respond to the Fraud Center on your behalf.
JHA Debit Card PIN Management
The JHA PIN Management service allows you to activate your new debit card or change your PIN on an existing debit card at any time by calling (888) 891-2435. Cardholders will no longer be able to contact the bank directly to activate new debit cards.
