What does it cost to get a gift card?
The cost is $5.00 per gift card.

Who issues gift cards?
See any bank teller or new account representative to obtain a gift card.

Can a card be issued for any dollar amount?
There is a dollar amount limit per card. A gift card can be issued for a minimum of $25.00 and a maximum of $500.00.

Is there an expiration date?
Yes, there is a 24-month expiration date assigned to each shipment of cards received by the bank.  The expiration date is on the card.

Where can the gift card be used?
It can be used to purchase items where Visa is accepted as a debit with PIN or with the credit option. It may be used at an ATM to withdraw cash using the “Checking” option with a $1.25 fee assessed.  No cash advance from financial institutions.

Can someone that is not a customer of the bank purchase a gift card?
Yes, up to the $3000 limit for non customers.

How can I find out the remaining balance on the gift card?
All transactions and balance information on the gift card can be accessed via a secured website at https://www.onlinecardaccess.com/main/vistibgift/Home  or by calling 1-800-418-3971.

Can the card be reused?
Yes, the card can be reloaded, however be sure to check the expiration date because reloading does not extend the expiration date. The cost to reload a card is $1.00.

What do I do if my card is lost/stolen?
Contact a new accounts representative at the bank to report the card lost/stolen. Another card will be issued for the balance remaining on the lost card.  The fee to replace a lost card is $3.00.

What do I do if there is a problem with a transaction?
